As the Commercial Finance Lead of our Work division, you will play a pivotal role in driving commercial and financial performance across Endeavour Foundation. This role partners closely with senior leaders to shape financial strategy, strengthen commercial capability and guide high-value decisions that support long-term sustainability and meaningful impact.
This is a highly strategic role that blends financial leadership, commercial analysis and advanced modelling to ensure our Work portfolio remains strong, efficient and positioned for continued growth.
Key duties of this role are to:
- Lead budgeting, forecasting, cashflow and financial planning for the Work division.
- Deliver commercial modelling, pricing analysis and business cases to influence strategic decisions.
- Support tenders, scenario modelling and commercial evaluations to enhance profitability.
- Monitor financial KPIs, trends and variances, providing insights and recommendations.
- Assist with contract reviews, commercial negotiations and category analysis.
- Lead month-end, quarter-end and year-end reporting, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
- Partner with business leaders to build commercial capability and strengthen financial leadership.
- Support audits, governance requirements and maintain robust financial documentation.
What you can bring to the team
You bring strong commercial acumen and the ability to convert complex data into clear and actionable insights. You build trusted relationships with executives, influence decisions with confidence and contribute to a culture of continuous improvement across a dynamic, multi-site environment.
To succeed in this role, you will have:
- A Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business or a related field, with CPA or CA.
- A minimum of 5 years of commercial finance or business partnering experience in a large organisation.
- Experience in manufacturing or multi-site environments, including costing, inventory and BOM would be highly regarded but not essential.
- Advanced financial modelling, business case development and analytical capability.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to influence senior stakeholders.
- Expertise in budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis and strategic recommendations.
- Proficiency in MS Suite and financial systems (ideally Dynamics 365).
- The ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage shifting priorities.
You will be required to undertake a “Fit2Work” National Criminal History Check and hold or be willing to obtain a Blue Card and NDIS Worker Screening Check.
