Albright Institute is currently looking for an experienced Marketing Manager join our team in our Melbourne campus with main focus to recruit international students from LATAM markets and be excited about the growth that shape the future of our business. Duties and Responsibilities
Develop and maintain strategic relationships with onshore and offshore education agents, focusing on growth markets like Southeast Asia and Greater China. Plan and manage all agent communications and engagement, including meetings, digital correspondence, and social media.
Monitor agent performance, manage agreements, and provide onboarding and training to ensure brand consistency and compliance. Maintain accurate agent records in CRM and student systems. Develop and implement targeted marketing strategies for domestic and international markets, aligned with the Institute’s strategic goals.
Plan and execute multi-channel campaigns to support lead generation, student recruitment, and conversion. Track marketing performance metrics and adjust tactics based on data insights. Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and consumer behavior studies to identify opportunities and inform campaign direction.
Evaluate demand for new services and support evidence-based business decisions. Create and manage marketing collateral, including brochures, digital media, and website content, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines. Plan and represent the Institute at events, expos, webinars, and networking opportunities to enhance visibility.
Work closely with admissions, academic, and compliance teams to align marketing with operational goals. Participate in internal strategy sessions and stay informed on international education trends and digital marketing best practices. Skills and Experience
Relevant Tertiary Qualification or Equivalent Industry Experience Experience in sales/business development/marketing for education institutes in addition to liaising with education agents Be familiar with RTO and CRICOS regulatory requirements and Student Management System
Proficient in Microsoft Suite Must be open to travel to interstate and international Strategic Planning
