The Role:
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced New Home Sales Consultant to join a supportive team and represent a builder with a standout product in the duplex space. You will manage incoming enquiries, guide customers through product options, present home designs, and support clients from first contact through to contract signing. The role requires professionalism, strong product knowledge, and the ability to build rapport and trust with buyers. You will work closely with internal departments to ensure a seamless customer experience and contribute to ongoing sales growth.
About You:
You will bring proven experience as a New Home Sales Consultant, ideally with strong tenure in your previous roles. You are motivated, confident, and customer-focused with excellent communication and presentation skills. You thrive in a sales environment and enjoy guiding clients through the home-building journey. You are reliable, well-presented, and committed to delivering a premium service experience. Experience selling project homes is essential, and exposure to duplex builds will be highly regarded.
