Make an Impact
As the Performance Marketing Lead, you will drive Endeavour Foundation’s national Referrer Marketing and Engagement Strategy, strengthening relationships with schools, support coordinators and allied health professionals who connect people with disability to inclusive opportunities in employment, independent living and community participation.
You will shape and deliver high-performance engagement strategies that build visibility, trust and strong referral pathways. This includes designing integrated campaigns, activating sector partnerships and positioning Endeavour Foundation as a trusted partner across education, disability and allied health networks.
Your impact will be measured through growth in qualified referrals, campaign performance, partner engagement and the visibility of Endeavour Foundation as a leader in inclusive pathways.
Key duties of this role are to:
- Lead the national Referrer Marketing and Engagement Strategy to strengthen awareness and trust across schools, support coordinators and allied health networks.
- Design campaigns, partnership initiatives and sector engagement plans that drive qualified referrals aligned with growth targets.
- Collaborate with Brand, Digital and Growth teams to ensure a consistent audience experience and unified messaging.
- Oversee campaign delivery, content creation and performance measurement to maximise impact and ROI.
- Analyse referral trends, partner engagement data and conversion insights to inform strategic decisions.
- Contribute to CRM dashboards and analytics reporting to improve enterprise-wide visibility and alignment.
- Support budget planning and ensure activity delivers strong commercial and social value.
- Embed accessibility, inclusion and ethical communication principles across all engagement activity.

You are a strategic marketer with the ability to build strong professional networks, engage diverse audiences and translate complex insights into clear action. You bring confidence, credibility and strong influencing skills, supported by experience in education, health, disability or social impact environments. You thrive in collaborative environments and enjoy shaping enterprise-wide strategies that create real community impact.
To succeed in this role, you will have:
- A Bachelor’s degree or certification in Marketing, Communications or a related field.
- Five to seven years of experience in marketing, stakeholder engagement or partnerships within education, disability, health or social impact sectors.
- Solid experience designing and delivering marketing or engagement strategies that drive referral growth and brand visibility.
- Strong influencing skills and the ability to build values-aligned partnerships with schools, support coordinators, allied health providers and sector networks.
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to tailor messaging to professional audiences.
- Proficiency in system Salesforce with GA4 or HubSpot (exposure desirable), with confidence using data-driven reporting.
- Expertise in stakeholder marketing, professional engagement and integrated campaign delivery.
- Experience analysing campaign performance, partner insights and ROI to guide decision-making.
- The ability to manage complex projects with multiple stakeholders and shifting priorities.
You will be required to undertake a "Fit2Work" National Criminal History Check and hold or be willing to obtain a Blue Card and NDIS Worker Screening Check.
