The Role:
This opportunity is for an experienced New Home Sales Consultant to join the team at their Box Hill display. You will be responsible for managing incoming enquiries, meeting with prospective clients, presenting home designs, and guiding buyers through the full pre-construction sales process. You’ll work closely with a hands-on Sales Manager who is highly invested in coaching and supporting their team. This role requires professionalism, product knowledge, and the ability to build strong rapport with clients to drive sales outcomes. You will act as the main point of contact for customers, ensuring a positive, transparent, and well-managed experience.
About You:
You will have experience as a New Home Sales Consultant working within the project homes market. You are polished, articulate, and self-driven with strong customer service skills and the ability to close sales confidently. You value a positive team environment, have strong tenure in previous roles, and enjoy working for a builder with supportive management and clear processes. You thrive in a display environment and bring a customer-first mindset, along with excellent communication and organisational skills.
