The Australian Melanoma Research Foundation (AMRF) is a national not-for-profit organisation dedicated to reducing the impact of melanoma through research funding and public awareness education.

We are looking for a Fundraising Manager to lead the planning, execution, and growth of all fundraising and revenue-generating initiatives. This is a strategic and hands-on role, ideal for someone who thrives on building partnerships, campaigns, and donor programs that make a real impact.

You will:

• Deliver a comprehensive fundraising strategy spanning donations, bequests, corporate partnerships, events, and grants.

• Build and manage strong donor, corporate, and philanthropic relationships.

• Lead campaigns and community fundraising initiatives.

• Secure support from Trusts and Foundations.

• Mentor staff and maintain effective fundraising systems.

We are seeking someone with:

• At least 5 years’ leadership experience in fundraising or development, ideally in the health or NFP sector.

• A strong track record in multi-channel fundraising strategies.

• Excellent relationship management and communication skills.

• Experience in managing major donors, corporate partnerships, and events.

• A proactive, collaborative and results-focused approach.
