AHRI’s vision of shaping the HR profession for the future will be enabled by the delivery of relevant information to our members to support their career growth as HR professionals. This small but vital team of member career partners need to develop a sound understanding across the breadth of our products to provide guidance, over the phone and email, around membership, certification and professional development relevant to each members’ particular career stage.

Following a recent organisation development, AHRI is seeking a dynamic manager with the ability to lead a small team in a changing and challenging environment, to quickly identify and implement process changes, partner with the wider management team to implement improvements to service delivery, be hands on in terms of delivering customer service and quickly resolve issues while building longer term capability.
